Most Queens family cases are decided in one of two buildings in downtown Jamaica. Custody, visitation, child support, family offense and ACS cases go to the Family Court on Jamaica Avenue. A divorce goes to the Supreme Court on Sutphin Boulevard, where the County Clerk takes the filing.
The office is one block from the Family Court, and both courthouses are within half a mile of it, in downtown Jamaica.
